Our ethos
is to provide a venue where families and friendship groups can meet up in a spacious, warm and well equipped house with
every modern facility, comfortable beds and seating, conducive to relaxation and enjoyment of each others company.
We aim to present everything in good working order and cleaned to a high standard.
We believe our pricing
from £10 - £20 per person per night (calculated on 12 people occupying for a week) is very fair and competitive
in one of England's top tourism destinations, where similarly appointed b and b rooms are from £35 pppn.
GREEN POLICIES
We aspire to embrace
sustainable practices and to this end have a central heating system that heats the ground floor independently of the bedroom
floors, thus allowing for heating of bedrooms at the beginning and end of the day and not throughout the day in the cooler
months, and in the middle of the year allows for recreation room heating without uneccessarily heating bedrooms.
We use low energy bulbs throughout. We provide the necessary waste recycling facilities to meet the High Peak waste disposal
agenda, and encourage our visitors to bin appropriately.
