Weekend  short break: The price is the same whether for 2 or 3 nights.
Special price Midweek short breaks, commence Mon/Tues for 3/4 nights from £450-£650.          Whilst we would consider Thursday - Sunday weekend breaks in low season, all other weeks and weekends must commence Fridays.

Prices includes first £30 increasing to £35 for £2009 electricity and gas at suppliers price for weekends, £50 increasing to £60 for 2009 for weeks, this suffices most bookings.

Up to 2 dogs must be well behaved and advised when booking.

Dogs must not be left unattended in house or allowed on furniture or beds.

Smoking is only allowed in the conservatory at the discretion of fellow guests. 

Bookings can be made by contacting Colin and Hilary Parker, We require a non refundable deposit of £100 via a debit card to reserve,  balance required 8 weeks before holiday commences.
