Terms and Conditions
By completing the booking form you are committing to
booking with us, and will be responsible for all payments due.Your deposit is non refundable. Should you need to cancel
before or after the balance is paid, please telephone as well as email us. We will do our best to relet your break, but stress
that if we do, any shortfall (due to last minute discount to secure a new booking) will need to be made up by the booking
person, and a £20 administration fee will be charged. The same applies to a moved booking in terms of shortfall and
fee.
Please insure your holiday to cover any unexpected changes.
The number of guests occupying the house
overnight must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 12 + 2 cots. We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest if
these conditions are not observed."
Some groups have an expectation that they can invite several extra day visitors
to share their celebration etc.We do need to know this in advance, it is unlikely that we won't give permission, but these
extra numbers do add additional wear, tear and costs to us.
All dogs (max 2 per booking) need to be advised and paid for in advance.They must not be left unattended in the property,
all spoil must be cleared from garden, hair from carpet, and they must not go on furniture.
Please look after our
property as if it were your own, react appropriately to spillages etc and report any failure of equipment.
