Wellwood Lodge offers premium self-catering and sleeps 14 guests (16 with travel cots) across six spacious bedrooms. Flexible sleeping options include 13 possible single beds, with all doubles being king-size.
The property features a handcrafted oak staircase leading to tastefully decorated bedrooms served by four bath/shower rooms, including one room with a four-poster bed and en-suite.
An impressive 31-foot lounge with comfortable seating and a living flame gas fire provides the perfect gathering space, while the fully-fitted kitchen leads to a Victorian-style conservatory. The dining room with square table seats 12-14 guests. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Kitchen & Conservatory
The well equipped kitchen has ample work surfaces and storage, an electric Neff oven, grill and microwave, a range style 6 burner gas hob over 2 additional electric ovens with grills, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are pots, pans, a Kenwood chef, Kenwood commercial food processor and every utensil to make light work of food preparation.
The kitchen leads through to a Victorian style conservatory with sitting area and door to rear garden.
Living Areas
Very spacious lounge, with coal effect gas fire, 50 inch TV, DVD player, Roberts Blutone 300 with wireless phone charging, DAB/FM radio, Bluetooth, CD and USB functionality, leather lounge seating for everyone to sit in comfort. Occasional tables add to the ambience, such a great space for entertaining!
Dining room, seating for 12/14 around a 90 x 90 inches table, graced with white contemporary crockery. We have added a 32 inch lazy susan to add to the fun of reaching your condiments etc, and is also popular for self-invented games, the opportunities are endless!
In addition there is also a Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Basement
Cellar rooms into which we have placed an American style 6ft Pool table and table football for your fun. Please note this is a cellar area, not an official games room, but it is much used and appreciated by the majority of our visitors.
The Garden
The house is approached by an inclined path with hand rail. The double garage roof serves as a morning sun patio. Although the rear garden is fully enclosed small children and dogs should be supervised. There is a chippings base patio with two 8-seater bench style picnic tables, steps to a lawned area of approx 60 sq metres and shrub borders at a slightly elevated level.
